December Stats and Trends!

Everyone knows that I love stats!!! And I love putting data into excel spreadsheets to see if I can identify some trends that are useful in the real estate world. Here, I've taken a look at the past 10 years worth of sales and listings in December and I think there is a pretty clear trend. Everyone knows the real estate market is fairly quiet in December, but this data reveals a pretty identifiable cutoff date. Take a look at the full video below:
