Well happy New Year everybody! I hope I’m not the only one, despite saying that phrase countless times over the past few weeks, that continues to write 2025 anytime I have a pen in my hand. It usually takes a few weeks for the new date to sink in when physically writing out the year although it certainly feels like we have turned a proverbial page. I would be remiss if I didn’t also say that I hope you all enjoyed the holiday season, surely filled with plenty of family time,

LSTAR released their monthly report on the housing market yesterday and I wanted to jump on my market report faster than I did last month when I sent it out two weeks later than I meant to. Please feast your eyes on these hot off the press stats, of which there are a couple of surprises! Right off the bat, the headline statistic for November 2025 is the average sale price which continues to decline, no sitting at a touch over $584,000. That number is down 5.1% from last year
