Doug Ford's Bill 23: Municipalities Out Massive Development Fees?

At the end of 2022, Doug Ford's government introduced Bill 23 as part of their "More Homes Built Faster" legislation to accelerate the number of new homes being built in the province. Part of this legislation involves reducing or eliminating a lot of the development charges that a developer has to pay to a municipality to build a house.
