Predictions for Q1 of 2023

I'm not going to get ahead of myself and try to predict what's going to happen across the entire year. Instead, I will focus on the first three months of the year and revisit these predictions at the start of April, see how I did and then make another set of predictions! This should be fun.

To start the year, prices should remain flat, listings will be on par with our 5 year average and sales numbers will be well below the 5 year average. Check out the full commentary below:
