The REAL Market Update: March 2023

It’s time to cut through all the bull shit that the media is using to buy clicks online these days. Hiding behind two out of context stats, everything you read online will mislead you into thinking that our real estate market is continuing the downturn that we have experienced over the past 8 months.

In reality, things are picking up, houses are selling faster and for more money than we have seen since late in 2022. The signs are pointing to a real turnaround in the real estate market this spring.

Keep in mind, any sort of positive change in the market will create a market that is drastically different from what we have seen lately, something that newspapers hate because they won’t be able to write about the impending crash to attract angry keyboard warrior viewers.
